Downey Brand partner and water law attorney David Aladjem will be presenting on the evolution, implementation, and adjudication of the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA). Specifically, David and his co-presenter, water resources attorney Wesley Miliband, will discuss the intersection of SGMA as well as new, streamlined adjudication procedures in the context of the Las Posas Basin case study.

Argent’s annual conference focuses on complex issues regarding water law and policy in California.
