Compliance with AB 52: A Consultation Success Story

Downey Brand partner Arielle Harris will be moderating a comprehensive discussion of the tribal consultation process between the Sacramento Area Flood Control Agency (SAFCA) and the United Auburn Indian Community (UAIC) regarding recent SAFCA flood control improvement projects. The discussion is presented by the Environmental Law Section of the Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF) and will take place at the BASF Conference Center. The event will also be available as a webcast. Speaking at the event are Brian Guth, Tribal Attorney and Tribal Administrator, United Auburn Indian Community; Richard M. Johnson, Executive Director, Sacramento Area Flood Control Agency; and, Terrie L. Robinson, General Counsel, Native American Heritage Commission.
