Speaker, Law Seminars International: 12th Annual Santa Fe Advanced Conference on Litigating

Downey Brand partner Steve Goldberg will be speaking at the 12th Annual Santa Fe Advanced Conference on Litigating, presented by Law Seminars international on July 18-19. The title of this year’s conference is “Natural Resource Damages: Best strategies and tactics to handle large, complex NRD cases today.”

Steve will join other leading Natural Resource Damages (NRD) professionals in a discussion about climate change, rising sea levels, warming water temperatures, and prolonged periods of extreme weather. Specifically, the group will attempt to sort out the causes of ecological impacts and the interplay between NRD and other tools available to states for addressing natural resource losses.
