Anthony M. Kennedy American Inn of Court Virtual Panel Discussion
On Tuesday, August 25th, Downey Brand partner and trust and estates litigator Jeff Galvin will be taking part in a panel discussion hosted by the Anthony M. Kennedy American Inn of Court, titled “Business Not As Usual – The Impacts of COVID-19 on the Local Practice of Law.” This discussion will serve as a follow up to a previous discussion with local court leadership last May related to practices implemented by courts to deliver justice during the current pandemic. In Tuesday’s panel discussion, practitioners, professors and students will discuss the impact COVD-19 has had on the work that they do.
Jeff will be joined on the panel by other respected Inn members Sue Ann Van Dermyden and Kathleen Keeshen to discuss their respective vantage points. Jeff will relay the “Big Firm” experience, what he has learned serving clients over the last few months, and how Downey Brand has adapted it’s operations to weather these uncertain times. Judge Lawrence G. Brown and Kathi Finnerty will co-moderate the discussion.
