Bay Planning Coalition's 7th Annual CEQA Update
Downey Brand partners Kathryn Oehlschlager and Arielle Harris (both in our San Francisco office) are speaking at the Bay Planning Coalition’s 7th Annual CEQA Update in Oakland on November 18, 2019. This event brings together some of the Bay Area’s leading legal professionals in land use and development law to provide their perspective on important, up-to-date developments in CEQA and housing law.
During this year’s CEQA Update, Kathryn will sit on two different panels. The first panel titled, Year in Review – Significant CEQA Developments in 2018/2019, will directly follow the introduction and feature co-panelists Todd Williams, partner at Wendel Rosen and Matthew Henderson, Attorney and Shareholder, Miller Starr Regalia. Later in the day, Kathryn will return to the stage joined by Taylor Vencill, Managing Consultant for Ramboll, in a presentation titled Friant Ranch and Health Risk Assessments.
During the final session, Arielle will sit on a panel in a segment titled, SB 330 and Other New Housing Laws. Here is a breakdown of the panel:
