Speaker, Floodplain Management Association's 2018 Annual Conference: Sustainability in the Face of Change

Downey Brand’s Managing Partner Scott Shapiro will be taking part in a round table discusion at the Floodplain Management Association’s Annual Conference about whether California-based flood control agencies should be speaking with a common voice on State and Federal issues. While many different organizations exist around the state, none covers the State completely. The conversation will explore common issues related to USACE, FEMA, ESA, NEPA/CEQA, etc and how we can work together more effectively.
