Downey Brand’s Sacramento Office Welcomes Brian E. Hamilton

Downey Brand is pleased to announce the addition of Brian E. Hamilton to the firm’s preeminent natural resources and water law practice.

Hamilton’s practice presently focuses on water law and environmental litigation, but his background includes commercial, real estate, and employment litigation. He represents clients throughout California on a range of matters, in all stages of litigation, in and out of court. Outside of the courtroom, Brian frequently attains favorable resolutions for his clients through effective mediations and negotiated settlements. In addition to his seasoned legal skills, Brian was a two-day Jeopardy! Champion and travels extensively.

Hamilton earned his Juris Doctor, with distinction, from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2012 and his Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from University of California, San Diego in 2007.
