Downey Brand Welcomes Litigator Christopher Kolkey to its Sacramento Office

Downey Brand is excited to welcome associate Christopher Kolkey to the firm’s Litigation team.

Based out of the firm’s Sacramento office, Chris brings with him more than four years of litigation experience in matters relating to breach of contract, entertainment, fraud, trademark infringement, unfair business practices, and defamation. His experience covers all aspects of litigation at both the state and federal levels, and before arbitration panels.

Chris earned his Juris Doctor degree from University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, and his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in History from the same school’s undergraduate program. In law school, Chris was Chief Production Editor for the UCLA Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs and was chosen by faculty to be a writing advisor to first year law students.
