The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) released its draft Staff Report (Draft Report) supporting Sacramento/Delta updates to the Bay-Delta Plan (Plan) on September 28, 2023. The Draft Report is now available for public review, with written comments due December 15, 2023.
