Tyler J. Horn

Senior Associate

Tyler Horn's philosophy of practice is to be a strong advocate for his clients and offer passionate, reasonable, and thoughtful problem-solving solutions throughout the litigation process.

Recognizing that every client is unique and has different legal needs, Tyler is able to hone and develop solutions specific to each client’s situation. From pre-litigation demands to mediation, trials, post-trial and appellate proceedings, and even settlement discussions, Tyler approaches the litigation process with methodical and determined skill to ensure the best outcome for every client.

Tyler focuses his practice on construction litigation, business litigation, and eminent domain litigation.  As part of his eminent domain litigation practice, Tyler has helped various public entities acquire residential and commercial property for flood control projects and infrastructure development.

In Tyler’s free time, he loves spending time with family, going to San Francisco to catch a Giants or Niner’s game, and exploring new cuisines. He also enjoys being active and is an avid basketball player with friends. Tyler is always excited to embark on a new adventure and travel to new places.
