Michael Reining helps clients find solutions to challenges in the areas of bankruptcy, insolvency, and litigation. 

Michael’s service as a law clerk to a bankruptcy judge in California and as an intern to a bankruptcy judge in Colorado enabled him to develop the bankruptcy and insolvency expertise that he now uses to represent creditors, debtors, trustees, and other parties in bankruptcy court and beyond.  Michael advises clients regarding Chapter 11 reorganizations, Chapter 7 liquidations, bankruptcy litigation, creditors’ and debtors’ rights, business disputes involving insolvency, and out-of-court negotiations. 

Michael also represents clients in complex business litigation and civil litigation matters in state and federal court.
