  • Successfully briefed and argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, pro bono, on behalf of a prisoner whose claims were wrongly dismissed.
  • Drafted opposition to leave to amend and motion for reconsideration of summary judgment on behalf of major oil and gas company in wage and hour class action.  
  • Obtained domestic violence restraining order for pro bono client, as well as sole legal and physical custody of minor child.
