Corporate Paralegal

The firm seeks a full-time Corporate Paralegal to provide comprehensive administrative support to a very busy corporate and real estate practice. Duties include general corporate matters such as drafting corporate/LLC/LP formation documents; entity dissolution; entity foreign qualifications and DBAs, and obtaining EINS.Must have the ability to assist with SEC filings, UCC-1 financial statements, UCC Searches and UCC filings; draft Operating Agreements, prepare grant deeds and various other recorded documents; draft Stock Purchase Agreements; review Real Estate Purchase Agreements, draft Due Diligence and Closing Checklists; and non-profit formation.
This position requires exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, critical thinking as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are required. Candidates must be comfortable juggling multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. In addition, this position requires demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel) and Time Entry.

Marketing Coordinator

The firm is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in its Sacramento office. The position will support the Marketing Manager in all efforts including but not limited to: creating and updating content for website, blogs, and social media; overseeing SEO and monitoring analytics; coordinating firm events, seminars, and attorney speaking engagements; creating, editing, and assembling marketing materials; drafting correspondence and press releases; compiling and updating databases; research; filing and administrative tasks, including tracking and processing invoices, memberships, and sponsorships; and other support as needed.Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field.
- Three to five years of professional services experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is a must; working knowledge of Adobe applications, such as Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop is a plus.
- Experience with website and blog platforms such as WordPress.
- Experience with email marketing software such as Constant Contact.
- Skills such as social media marketing, video, graphic design, and content creation.
- Strong project management skills (e.g., organizing, planning, problem-solving, exercising good judgment, and decision-making) are important.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage projects and prioritize competing deadlines while working around busy attorneys’ schedules.
- Excellent writing, research, and communication skills, with attention to detail and proofreading.

The person hired for this position will work full-time, onsite 5 days per week, with the potential for hybrid remote work part of the time in the future. The salary range for this position is $42,900.00-$53,335.00 per year, depending upon experience.

Human Resources Assistant
