  • Representing country's largest wireless telephone provider in Northern California and Northern Nevada service area related to major expansion activities. Includes negotiation and preparation of leases for all administrative offices, retail stores, warehouses and cell sites.
  • Advising national client regarding lease amendments, subleases, subordinations, and estoppel certificates
  • Representing major food store chain in title review, negotiation, and preparation of documentation for all its supermarkets, including anchor tenant leases, purchase agreements, development agreements, operation and easement agreements, and agreements with governmental entities.
  • Advising landlords and tenants in the negotiation and preparation of leases, subleases, and ground leases for office, industrial and retail properties, as well as in the review and drafting of related documents such as letters of intent, work letters, amendments, estoppel certificates and subordination, nondisturbance and attornment agreements. Advising and representing commercial landlord and tenants in various legal matters related to commercial leasing.
  • Representing lenders and borrowers in the negotiation and documentation of real estate secured financing transactions including the review and preparation of promissory notes, deeds of trust, security agreements, letters of credit, personal guaranties, financing statements, trade related documents and legal opinions.
