Employment Litigation Representative Experience
Examples of our employment litigation experience include:
- Trial counsel representing private and public employers in defense
of employment litigation including claims for sexual harassment, wrongful
termination in violation of public policy, retaliation, breach of
employment contract, fraud, defamation and various claims of discrimination.
- Successfully defending employers in state and federal court on the
"reasonable accommodation" of disabled workers and compliance
with state and federal access law.
