Land Use Representative Experience
- Negotiating and preparing development agreements with public entities or adjoining landowners.
- Preparing reciprocal easement agreements (REAs), or covenants, conditions and restrictions (CCRs), and operation and maintenance agreements (OMAs) for shopping centers, office and industrial parks and planned unit developments.
- Negotiating and drafting easements for utilities access, scenic corridors, conservation areas, and no build zones.
- Preparing owners participation agreements (OPAs) and disposition and development agreements (DDAs).
- Negotiating with governmental agencies, and preparation of documents for side yard agreements, landscaping agreements, dedications and street abandonments.
