  • Representing clients before the California Public Utilities Commission, the California Energy Commission, and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
  • Representing large industrial electricity and gas consumers in public utility rate and related proceedings.
  • Representing qualified facilities or private energy producers and producer groups in CPUC and CEC proceedings, including power plant siting and permitting.
  • Representing gas producers and gas producer associations.
  • Representing applicants for power plant licensing before the Public Utilities Commission.
  • Extensive experience with projects that require California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) review, air district permits, and other state and federal entities involved in power plant siting.
