Litigation for Financial Institutions

Here are examples of litigation we have handled on behalf of financial institutions:

  • Serving as counsel for a large financial institution in a series of class action lender liability cases
  • Serving as counsel for a number of financial institutions in large, complex multi-party commercial litigation cases
  • Serving as counsel for a number of financial institutions on litigation arising out of bank compliance issues as well as on commercial litigation arising out of foreclosures and lending disputes, among others
  • Representing a national bank in a 2000 trial against a large insurance company. We were able to pierce the corporate veil and hold an affiliated corporation liable, prevailing on appeal and collecting $2.1 million for our client
