Human Resources Tool Box for Managers and Supervisors

You wouldn’t ask your employee to pound a nail without providing a hammer. Yet every day, managers are asked to handle delicate human resource issues without the tools needed to properly perform the job.


This unique training program will enhance your company’s human resource function by teaching your managers to:

  • Properly conduct hiring interviews and selection
  • Handle harassment and discrimination complaints from employees in a manner that limits company liability
  • Identify employee leave issues, properly respond when leaves are requested and spot potential interactive process issues
  • Recognize the importance of accurate performance evaluations and proper documentation


Supervisor Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
Employers with over 50 employees are subject to a 2006 law that requires they provide sexual harassment prevention training to all supervisors. To comply with the law, businesses must provide training every two years or within six months of promotion or hire. We are offering a two-hour course that allows supervisors to meet this requirement. This course helps supervisors understand what sexual harassment really is and how to practically and effectively avoid conduct that could lead to sexual harassment in the workplace. The training will cover both federal and California laws. Please invite your supervisors to attend this session.
