Litigation Attorney

The firm's Litigation practice group seeks to expand its practice with the addition of an associate attorney with 3-4 years of experience (J.D. 2005 or earlier) in complex commercial and/or business litigation. This position is located in the firm's Stockton office, requires experience drafting significant motions and will offer the candidate opportunities to work on a wide variety of business litigation matters including intellectual property, real estate and construction litigation. Associate salaries are based on years of experience and bonus consideration is given for productivity and/or performance.
