Construction Litigation Attorney

The firm's Construction Practice Group seeks an associate attorney with a minimum of 3-5 years of litigation experience (J.D. 2005 or earlier), with a minimum of 2 years experience in construction law and/or construction litigation to join its Sacramento office. Position requires experience drafting motions and pleadings and will offer the candidate opportunities to work on a wide variety of issues in construction litigation matters including mechanics liens, stop notices, payment and performance bonds, delay claims, scope of work issues and other construction issues. Associate salaries are based on years of experience and bonus consideration is given for productivity and/or performance.
