The firm maintains a thorough in-house training program for all associates to ensure that our attorneys are all highly skilled and proficient in their respective practice areas. Most of the firm's first year/entry level associate hires are made from its Summer Associate classes. Currently the firm does not anticipate hiring additional entry level associates in 2011 or 2012.
