Environmental
Attorney
The firm's Environmental Law Practice Group seeks an associate with
between 3-5 years of environmental litigation and/or transactional experience
(candidates must have graduated from law school and passed the bar exam
in 2006 or prior to 2006) to join its Sacramento office. The successful
candidate will have either (1) significant experience in all facets
of environmental litigation including discovery, law and motion practice,
alternative dispute resolution, and related matters; or (2) substantial
experience with administrative enforcement and permitting, regulatory
compliance, and environmental transactional matters. Knowledge in the
areas of CERCLA, RCRA, California Hazardous Substances Account Act,
Clean Water Act, Porter-Cologne Water Quality Control Act, and/or the
Clean Air Act is desired. Associate salaries are based on years of experience
and bonus consideration is given for productivity and/or performance.
All candidates must have a distinguished academic record and have exceptional
research, writing, and interpersonal communication skills. Must be a

Litigation Attorney
The firm seeks an associate attorney with 3-4 years of experience in
business litigation (candidates must have graduated from law school
and passed the bar exam in 2006 or prior to 2006) to join its Sacramento
office. Familiarity with basic business valuation principles, financial
statements and tax concepts is preferred. This position requires substantial
client contact. The associate will be expected to make court appearances
very early on, and on a regular basis. Associate salaries are based
on years of experience and bonus consideration is given for productivity
and/or performance.
All candidates must be academically distinguished (top 25% of law school
class) and have exceptional research, writing and verbal communication
skills.
