Drafted California Department of Fish and Game Streambed Alteration Agreements.

Represented client at hearing before the California Energy Commission in conjunction with its power plant siting and environmental review process.

Regularly coordinate with local, state and federal agencies to resolve land use entitlement issues.

Conducted environmental due diligence for mining operation on private and federal land.

Drafted and reviewed state Endangered Species Act permits for residential and commercial development.

Drafted and reviewed briefs and motions for submission to the California Energy Commission.

Regularly conduct extensive research and writing on environmental permitting and land use issues.

Assessed power plant decommissioning requirements for the City and County of San Francisco.

Researched and addressed redevelopment and municipal law issues for the City of Oakland.
