Leasing Has successfully represented landlords in connection with the negotiation of leases with retail tenants such as In-N-Out Burger, Petco, Staples, Jamba Juice, GameStop, Starbucks and Shoe Pavilion. Has successfully represented a landowner in one of the largest solar panel lease deals (approximately 300 acres) in the Sacramento Valley. Drafts and negotiates rooftop leases for a green energy provider.
