Researched and drafted a comprehensive memorandum summarizing the law regarding statutory preclusions to citizen suits under the Clean Water Act.

Assisted in drafting written discovery propounded in litigation involving soil and groundwater contamination.

Conducted initial screening interviews with potential expert witnesses to identify conflicts and determine if the individuals' expertise suited the client's litigation interests.
