Sabrina Schneweis-Coe is part of Downey Brand’s Trust and Estate practice group and is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law, by the California State Bar. Sabrina is dedicated to helping families plan for and transition through life’s ups and downs. She provides comprehensive, highly personalized counsel in estate planning and special needs. Sabrina is dedicated to helping families, individuals and couples plan for life, deal with death and resolve conflicts. She serves her clients by first listening and ascertaining their goals, dreams and concerns. She then works with her clients to develop a plan that reflects each individual client’s unique situation, while putting her knowledge and experience to work for their benefit. Sabrina has represented clients in all areas of estate planning; she has assisted clients with simple trusts to multi-generational planning, including business succession and farm planning. She also has expertise and a passion for special needs planning and making sure persons with disabilities have a quality life. She handles both special needs planning done by family members and court ordered. Additionally, Sabrina is experienced in estate and trust administration, including probate. She has drafted petitions and briefs to the court relating to estate trusts and conservatorships/controversies and appeared in court to resolve disputes. A respected lecturer, Sabrina enjoys speaking to accountants, lawyers, financial planners, insurance professionals, charitable organizations, parent groups and the public.
