Drafted successful opposition to motion for summary judgment on claims addressing enforceability of non-competition agreement. Drafted successful anti-SLAPP motion to strike against litigant who filed defamation cause of action based on allegations contained in court pleadings, and received award of attorney fees associated with bringing motion. Drafted appellate brief in Ninth Circuit for plaintiff whose 1983 and state law claims were dismissed without leave to amend by district court; oral argument expected to occur in summer 2008.
