Elizabeth B. StallardAssociate Contact Info: Practice Areas: Bio Elizabeth B. Stallard is a senior associate in the litigation practice group. Her practice involves state and federal litigation in both California and Nevada, with a focus on white collar criminal law and commercial disputes. Ms. Stallard has extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation at both the trial and appellate level. She has represented clients involved in federal investigations by the SEC, FAA, and other agencies, as well as represented those clients in related state and federal litigation and administrative proceedings. Ms. Stallard has also served as primary counsel for trade associations, manufacturers, and other companies involved in business disputes with former customers, employees, and business associates, in subject areas ranging from trade secret misappropriation to breach of contract to fraud and qui tam claims. She has also been involved in the defense of several class actions, including most recently a class action involving ADA accessibility at a major hospital group. Prior to joining Downey Brand, Ms. Stallard worked at Latham & Watkins in San Francisco.
