Successfully defended mutual water company in shareholder lawsuit.

Successfully obtained intervention for water district in an administrative writ proceeding and then successfully defended the public agency's actions under the California Environmental Quality Act.

Assist in multi-state negotiations over Colorado River water shortage policies and development of water salvage programs.

Draft flood control ordinances for public agencies.
