Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreements
Drafts and negotiates purchase and sale agreements on behalf of buyers and sellers for all forms of commercial, industrial and agricultural properties.

Successfully represented a buyer of a $10 million single tenant building in a sale-leaseback transaction and a buyer in a $15 million land assemblage. Has represented developers in connection with the purchase and sale of property from redevelopment agencies.

Leasing
Represents owners, developers and tenants in connection with the drafting and negotiation of commercial, industrial, agricultural and green energy leases. Has successfully negotiated over 500 commercial and industrial leases, including retail and office leases in excess of 20,000 square feet and industrial leases in excess of 100,000 square feet.

Has successfully represented landlords in connection with the negotiation of leases with retail tenants such as In-N-Out Burger, Petco, Staples, Jamba Juice, GameStop, Starbucks and Shoe Pavilion.

Has successfully represented a landowner in one of the largest solar panel lease deals (approximately 300 acres) in the Sacramento Valley.

Drafts and negotiates rooftop leases for a green energy provider.

Regularly advises clients on property management issues, including tenant issues, brokerage agreements and property management agreements.

Governmental Agency

Assisted with acquiring numerous properties in connection with the construction of a levee.

Real Estate Finance
Represents borrowers and lenders in connection with the drafting and negotiation of construction and permanent loans secured by real property. Represents borrowers and lenders in connection with conduit financing. Advises banks and borrowers with respect to the structuring and workout of loans and the negotiation of forbearance agreements.

CC&Rs
Drafts declarations of covenants, conditions and restrictions for shopping centers and commercial and mixed-use projects.
