Successfully negotiated resolution of cases involving significant contract and fraud claims by a major university against a national software company.

Successfully defended or satisfactorily resolved scores of Americans with Disabilities Act cases, many involving removal of physical barriers or workplace accommodation and one involving accommodation of students.

Counseled clients and offered customized training about compliance with state and federal regulations involving privacy, wage and hour law, workplace accommodation, sexual harassment and discrimination.

Conducted numerous complex workplace investigations of alleged sexual harassment.

Successfully defended companies in administrative proceedings by state and federal authorities, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing and the California Department of Labor.

Advised clients on employment issues arising out of discipline, drug-testing, reductions in force, intellectual property, unfair competition and other matters.
