Panelist, Bay Planning Coalition's 5th Annual CEQA Update


San Francisco partners Kathryn Oehlschlager and Christian Marsh are speaking at the Bay Planning Coalition’s 5th Annual CEQA Update in Oakland on October 17, 2017.

At this year’s CEQA Update, Christian will moderate a panel of leading professionals in the areas of land use and development law as they provide varying perspectives on the latest and most significant developments in CEQA law and climate change.

Kathryn will be serving on the panel and joined by Todd Williams (Wendel Rosen Black & Dean), Shari Libicki (Ramboll Environ), and Art Coon (Miller Starr Regalia). They will kick off the briefing with a “Year in Review” discussion of the most significant CEQA developments in 2016/2017, followed by an in-depth discussion on climate change and how the case law and regulatory framework is changing after recent cases from the California Supreme Court, Newhall Ranch to Cleveland National Forest Foundation.
