Downey Brand Welcomes Three New Associates

Downey Brand announced today that three first-year associates have joined the firm.

Samuel E. Bivins has joined the firm’s water law practice. He received his J.D., with honors, from Duke University School of Law in 2014 and his B.A., with highest honors from the University of California at Davis in 2010.

Alexandra K. Murphy has joined the firm’s litigation practice. She received her J.D. Georgetown University Law Center in 2014 and her B.A., with highest honors from University of California at Los Angeles in 2011.

Jake C. Weaver has joined the firm’s litigation law practice. He received his J.D., with great distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2014 and his B.A. from California State University, Sacramento in 2010.
