Downey Brand Partner Christian Marsh Named Best Lawyers® 2022 “Lawyer of the Year” for Natural Resources Law in San Francisco

Christian Marsh, who has been honored by The Best Lawyers in America© for the past two years, is an environmental and natural resources attorney known for his acumen on regulatory and land use entitlement issues governing real estate developments, ground and surface water supply projects, renewable and non-renewable energy facilities, mining operations and processing plants, and port and waterfront developments. His 21 years of legal experience includes numerous high-profile environmental cases typically with an emphasis on NEPA and CEQA review, as well matters related to endangered species, water rights, wetlands, and the public trust doctrine.
