Jacqueline Bolivar focuses on representing individuals, private and public companies, startups, and nonprofits in entrepreneurial services, entity formation and governance, securities matters, financing transactions, reorganizations and conversions, asset sales, shareholder relations, mergers and acquisitions, and complex business transactions.

In particular, Jacqueline addresses challenges faced by business owners, management, boards of directors and in-house counsel and assists clients with capital and equity strategies, risk analysis, negotiations, drafting and resolution of disputes. With extensive experience in Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and compliance, clients turn to Jacqueline for advice on  public offerings, annual, quarterly and current reports, proxy statements, and requests for confidential treatment.  Having worked in the Silicon Valley legal industry, Jacqueline has a keen understanding of the needs and issues facing technology, software, energy and life sciences companies.
