Fredrick Tsang is a registered patent attorney who focuses his practice on patent preparation, prosecution and counseling in areas of technology including chemical, mechanical design, electronic, and software patents.
Fredrick performs prior art searches to create patentability, validity, freedom to operation, and infringement opinions. His experience also includes representing clients in enforcing and defending various intellectual property rights before federal courts as well as before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Fredrick has expertise in patent litigation and post grant proceedings such as Inter Partes Reviews. He also negotiates licensing agreements on behalf of his clients.
During law school, Fredrick served as a senior editor for the Hastings Law Journal and was awarded the Best Moot Court Argument in his moot court class.
