Christian’s technical background and practical experience cover an expansive variety of arts, including computer software/architecture, consumer electronic devices, semiconductor production and devices, flash memory devices, wireless communication, transaction payment security, cryptography, medical devices, robotic design, metallurgy, and many others.
Christian additionally has expertise with international Intellectual Property practice. He is familiar with the important differences between prosecution at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and other Patent offices across the globe. Christian has successfully prosecuted Patents in countries such as Germany, Belgium, France, Great Britain, China, Taiwan, South Korea, and Japan.
While attending Widener University School of Law, Christian was a member of the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society and served as Parliamentarian for the Widener Chapter of the American Association for Justice (AAJ). Christian received the Monroe Intellectual Property Scholarship which is awarded to the student with the highest grade point average among Intellectual Property courses, and he earned a Certificate of Achievement in the subject of Remedies.
While attending undergraduate school and law school, Christian worked for over 10 years in consumer electronics retail (both in sales and in management), supporting himself and his family throughout the education process.
During his time in consumer electronics retail, Christian developed many critical skills that further enhance his legal resourcefulness, such as negotiation, dispute resolution, financial analysis, marketing strategies, and profitability assessments. Christian ensures that he prepares and prosecutes each Patent application with significant consideration of these factors, which can often be overlooked.
